Not the lowest estimate obtained nor the highest, but I felt as if every step taken reflected what Ken would have done to his own home. It was not an easy install, but every step was carefully thought out and executed with care and now that it is done, I saw how many shortcuts were taken with my previous system. (never pointed out, but the difference was obvious.) Lanny Adams and Ken have been maintaining my system for years and they have always been prompt and reliable, but the experience I had with them on this new system reflected a business of total honesty and and customer dedication and I found the experience to be very refreshing. I now have a system that not only looks great, but was installed with the attitude and thought of doing it, like it was being done for a family member.

I hope I never have to have any one else touch this system. My experience has made me a customer of theirs for life.  (Hide)
