eqifax clearly does not care about helping the consumer. I am entitled by law to a free credit report by equifax. In... (More) eqifax clearly does not care about helping the consumer. I am entitled by law to a free credit report by equifax. In order to do that I have to first create a user name- first the system gives no parameters and then when you do not fit into unknown parameters, it tells you how wrong you are and to do it over. I did it over 7 times but could never get to the next page. I then attempted to leave an email to get tech help on the password dilemma, but you can't send a message to equifax unless you buy something first. the phone numbers you call are automated and there is no way to reach a real person. I even tracked down local office numbers hoping for help . the outgoing message says in an unfriendly voice- do not leave a message about your personal account on this phone- your message will not be listened to. then it goes beep - please leave your message. An insulting slap in the face to earnest consumers maybe if I had bought something ..The other two gave the report hassle free  (Hide)
