(More) If you are looking for caring, knowlegeable & compassionate staff think twice before placing a loved one here. My Dear Mother passed away as a resident here - this facility never acknowledged her death with flowers or card. The social worker indicated that flowers would be sent after I provided her with all the details; however done were ever sent. Never received a phone call from the administration expressing their sympathy. In fact getting through to anyone at this facility is almost like attempting to get in fort knox. Not a good thing! When I recently called to let them know that I would be picking up my Mother's belongings I was told by someone that they didn't know where they had been stored!  (Hide)
