We went to Classic City Orthodontics / C.Tradd Harter DMD about a year ago. Unfortunatly our child needed to wait... (More) We went to Classic City Orthodontics / C.Tradd Harter DMD about a year ago. Unfortunatly our child needed to wait about a year before coming back. We had arrived at that appointment on time and waited in the waiting room about 20 min. This was no problem. We made another appointment this year. We live about 30 miles from his location so we always leave in plenty of time. This time however we got caught in traffic due to a wreck. When I walked in I was 15 min. late. I understand the importance of getting to your appointment on time. I explained how we live 30 miles from there and, the wreck had put us behind. They refused to see my child. After talking back and forth, begging them to see my child another 10 min had went by. She said, Well, the other appointment is here now. You can come back at 12:00 or 2:00. In my opinion these where the most arrogant, uncaring people I have ever met. I would not consider these people. There are a lot better, understanding orthodontist out there.  (Hide)
