Provided by DexKnowsLaserquick Astoria, has been very helpful in the past when Bud and his assistant were at the helm. Xlnt customer service, High quality work, and strong work ethic to assist graphic designers, artist's and local businessmen with their printing needs. This new Manager, Shelly, is chronically argumentative, doesn't listen to clients needs. Her work is sub par, and she exhibits provocative and demeaning tones and attitudes to laserquick customers. Simple projects are turned into an "I'm eating please wait", "I'll have to turn on the laminating machine" -just turned it off, so you'll have to wait". I replied, No worries, take your time. When I explained to her what I needed to color copy (original copy reduced only please, and have reduced and laminated-professional cert documents, She Said, "Don't tell me how to do my job". I explained, that there is a difference between telling you how to do your job and explaining what I needed as a customer(Graphic Designer). She exploded verbally with, " I don't like you attitude and your tone". " Do you want these done or not", I replied, yes. She replied, " I don't care for your tone, I refuse to complete this ". Wow, Your employee is in the wrong business as MGR, or customer service.
I explained to her, I have been doing business here for close to 12 years in Astoria, and Never had a problem with Bud, or his assistant-they cared about customer service & Quality. Her attitude and experience is professionally questionable, as is her sanity. Very sad. Upon our end conversation, I stated, " Well the owners should hear about this-I'm not going to lose my job". She replied, "I don't care if they hear-I'm not going to lose my job ". No More Business with Laserquick Astoria, until she is replaced. This is a small town-each store with it's own flavor and vibe. She is Unprofessional to the highest order. Dr. G

Provided by DexKnows5 helpful stars for Lazerquick. We recently went on vacation down to Seaside, and while we were down there, my husband the real estate agent got the call that he needed to put an offer in on a house. We checked out the yellow pages and saw that you can use Lazerquick for their computers, printers, etc... So would you happen to believe that they only charge $9 an hour for using the computer? Printouts were not that much more, and we also had to have the sales assistant convert a 24 page document to a PDF file, which took all of about 30 seconds to do. What's even better, is there's no confusing "log in" or anything to the computer. Just put your name on a piece of paper and the time you started. Same with printouts - just write down how many. I heart the honor system! What's even better than that, is everything in there WORKED. I know that sounds basic, but go to a Kinko's and see if everything is working, and you'll be eatin' your
