We went to Lily's and put 2 of the 1500 heaters on layaway and they ran out of the 1000 so they said we could have the 2 1500 for free even when they got them back in they said we coul keep the 1500's but when we picked them up they said we could not have the 1500 and said they never said that we could. I have heard of people like this before. I don't know if we will go back again.

I bought an hellicopter buy one get a smaller one free. That was in Nov. 2011. That was a Christmas present. Something was wrong with it. They took it back and would not give the money back. They sent it back to the company that made it I guess. In late Feb. 2012 they replaced them. The small one could not be charged the larger one could not be flown. It is now the end of April 2012 I have not hear anything but they are working on them. These items cost almost $300.00 I will never buy anything from them again. Probably will take them to small claims court to get the money back since I cannot get the two hellicopters back in working condition in a timely manner.

Everyone was very nice and helpfull at the store and I felt no uncomfortable pressure to buy anything. Will definatly return.
