Terrible service, returned bad cable box and got home with another bad box. On the phone with technical support and devoted bad box.

Waited for the guy to come to install basic cable and wireless Internet. After him leaving, I still have neither. Connected my cable, which only added to channels, wifi installed, still no connection. Time Warner cable has these contractors come out to install your services but apparently don't know what they are doing! Guy told me that the reason I couldn't get the channels was because I now needed a universal remote. Really? Aren't they suppose to supply one! No customer service here with TimeWarner!

For several years, salesmen have come to my house with offers from Time Warner Cable. Recently I decided to go with them, ONLY to find out when they came to install that the line is too far from my house. On record it says my house is in a serviceable area, but they will not come out and extend the line. The paperwork has already been done, but they will not honor it. Time Warner Cable is NOT the way to go!
