I could not agree more with the first rating here. They are downright snooty there. Not only that but you have basically one thing to do, such as look up accounts, and they don't have a clue on how to do their job. Arrogance and incompetence.

Receptionists are the rudest people I have ever talked to. Arrogant and preachy!

The receptionists are all the rudest, most arrogant people I have ever seen. We have been regular customers and needed propane as we were out. They had no sympathy and when I outlined the situation I was told not to "badmouth" the receptionist. If I could put no stars, I would.

I am completely displeased with Randolph Oil Company! We have been customers for over ten years - renting a tank which we have to pay to "top off" whenever they come out. If we did not use enough gas, we have to pay a rental fee.

Well, we received bills this year for several months for the rental fee. I called to inquire, and that is what I was told these bills were. The last bill we received was in July and we have not heard anything from them since.

We had a nearly full tank and when we came home today (in December), we went to light our gas logs and it did not work. We discovered that they had come to get the tank - no calls, no explanations...nothing!

We have always paid our bills and this makes no sense! Needless to say, I am unsatisfied and angry and will no longer do ANY business with Randolph Oil, nor will I recommend them to anyone else! Quite the contrary!!
