They wanted to do an invasive procedure on a routine check up with no supporting evidence it was needed. A long needle through the abdomen to extract urine. I've never had a vet want to do this when there's no symptoms to require it. General check up was 3 times the price of the other vets. Also would not stagger shots over the year like previous vet. Wanted to do 1 year rabies vaccine because of possible injection site tumor. The cat is 17 years old. If its going to get a tumor, it would have already. Previous vet always respected my request for the 3 year rabies shot. My cat became sensitive to FrontLine and I was looking for an alternative. One of the newer meds that two other vets recommended, this place hadn't even hear of. When I tried to use an on-line pharmacy to order prescription they refused to fill it. They will not write scripts so you can only get the meds from them.  (Hide)
