(More) I find it truly amazing how in this economy we have such low standards when it comes to customer service. When I placed a call to the tire department to ask about studded tires for my car, I was disappointed with experience. When I made the call, the "boy" that answered immediately put my call through to the sales department before I could even finish my question. The man in the sales department was helpful until he found out they didn't carry the size tires I needed. I asked if there was any way to special order them and he simply said "no" and that was that. No recommendations of where else I may be able to find my size tires or even a "no sorry ma'am we don't, but I'll be happy to check with my supervisor and see if special ordering that size for you is an option". My point is there are thousands of people with better customer service skills and this is the service we get. Awesome. I would recommend doing business elsewhere when it comes to tire service. (Hide)

Great quality items in clothing, office, furniture, books/media, grocery/produce, meats. Gasoline prices are better than all in town, even better than other store on Dimond Blvd. Service help is there, but difficult to find-- they will help if asked but could do MUCH better to providing great care. It feels like staff is just there to restock and check out customers most times. But I don't go there for premiere customer service-- I go for quality and price-- I just wish customer care was given more concern. And the only very bad thing are the lines and never having enough cashiers to deal with the rushes of people... at least at Walmart you hear them page all associates to registers to help. Costco in Anchorage needs to do better with check out! (Hide)
