Very difficult to get ahold of, left a message with no answer. Needed a shipping change but no way to get ahold of them and the website wouldn't let me until it is attempted delivery. That couldn't be done as the building was closed. After the hold date up still took them 4 days to deliver. Very dissatisfied.

I would give this site a negative star rating if I could. First of all, they will not deliver if you have trees because they are afraid of getting their trucks scratched on top (where no one sees anyway), second, if you give them an alternative place to deliver WITHOUT trees, they won't deliver there either because it's not your house (we own a farm with many buildings on it).So, we must drive 25 miles one way to pick up our items which they do not notify you of them being there and they are only open 3 hours here and there and when they feel like it, nothing to be able to plan for, you have to call everytime.I HATE UPS, we sell hundreds of items on eBay and will never use UPS, we only ship USPS.

This UPS site has been very easy for me to work with. They are quick and courteous in answering questions and solving any problems on where/when I can pick up a package.
