FORGET THIS AGENT. You, as a customer, ask him to give customer service, and he gives NONE. I asked months ago for... (More) FORGET THIS AGENT. You, as a customer, ask him to give customer service, and he gives NONE. I asked months ago for cards for my cars. He never got me the cards and never followed up. Then I asked him for a quote for my business, and he didn't come into my store. He couldn't even remember how to spell my name. Then, on top of all of this, when I called him to inquiry about his ineptness, he HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME! Now, that's what I call real customer service. How about you? Would you want or expect your agent to treat you like this????
NO WAY, I'M COMPLAINING TO ALLSTATE ON MONDAY MORNING!!!!!
Forget this guy if you want any customer service, go elsewhere.  (Hide)
