Dr Karen Hess has been in practice 23 years. She is a Graduate of Ohio State University. She is very active with the local rescues and Humane Societies volunteering her time and skills. She is very passionate about the health and well-being of her clients and giving the very best care that is possible. The staff at Dr. Karen's Critter Care is very courteous, contentious and dedicated to the clients. They are always ready to answer questions and help out where needed. Dr. Hess makes herself available to her clients emergency needs after regular office hours though the answering service. Her clients see her when they are in need of emergency service and are not sent to another facility they don't know. Dr. Hess and her staff treat their clients like they are friends, you feel comfortable in her office and waiting area knowing they will be there to take care of your furry family member.

All staff we beyond helpful and could not have treated my dog better. Information was conveyed clearly concerning my pets symptoms as well as the billing procedure. A vet tech named Lisa (i believe) was extremely helpful and friendly.

I love the feeling of confidence the Dr. And the whole staff (including their Groomer) gives to me and my dog Sarah. Took a stray pit bull there (who was emotionally stressed) and they handled her professionally with much compassion and patience!
