cappys installed 24 windows for us ,there was a problem with 2 windows it was a manufactors problem. cappy himself called the manufactor from our home and with-in 48 hr. they came from delaware and repaired the problem. cappy would not except any payment untill all windows were complete and correct. we love our new windows. bill from coopersburg

I was initially pleased with Cappy's, even to the extent that I recommended the business to two others, both of whom followed my suggestion and did business with them. However, the caulking around my new windows has deteriorated and air from the outside leaks in. My electric bills are now higher than they were before my windows were replaced. I called Cappy's FOUR TIMES and each time I was told someone would come out and investigate yet no one has. It has been months. I asked if the caulking was under warranty and I was told that it was for two years. Well, perhaps by the time they finally get here, it will be past two years so it won't be covered. I wanted to deal with a local merchant but this is very disheartening. I suggest that you seriously look for another store to do business with.
