      I was eager to see this ENT doctor due to ongoing problems related to a prior ear infection (tinnitus, ETD/pressure, etc.). This doctor was recommended by my PCP so I made an appointment straight away. The soonest I was able to be seen was a month later, which I understand, but by that time I was eager for assistance. So it was to my extreme disappointment that not only was the doctor totally unhelpful but also condescending and rude. He dismissed my problems when my hearing test came back in the normal range (my problems were not hearing related) and he sent me on my way. This was extremely distressing and not at all what I waited a month for. I booked another appointment at a different ENT in the area and was treated with much more respect and care. I will never be back to this ENT again.
