extremely disorganized and unprofessional service. the man showed up to inspect the mold which appeared black in a run down conversion van. he handled the moldy drywall without gloves or a mask. he did not have a business card. he did not have a flash light. he knew absolutely nothing about the dangers of mold and did NOT take any precautions to avoid contaminating the air. i was told by the secretary he would take a sample and send it to be tested- he said he didn't do that I'd have to call another company. he in no way followed proper procedure for mold remediation. if you read this- search for someone who is a member of the INDOOR AIR QUALITY ASSOCIATION- this company is not on the list.

They supplied me with excellent customer service. The staff was professional, courteous, and spoke to me in terms I could understand. I would recommend them to anyone that has the need for asbestos removal, mold remediation or insulation issues. "They were GREAT!"
