Is there a way to give a negative star? They grossly overcharged me, did not complete work they were asked to do,... (More) Is there a way to give a negative star? They grossly overcharged me, did not complete work they were asked to do, put a huge stain on my carpet, got an oil product into my cordless phone which ruined it, didn't totally clean up after themselves, and would not provide a complete detailed invoice after being repeatedly asked. They then threatened to put a lien on the property, which I no longer own, because I refuse to pay until I receive a proper invoice and a reduction in cost for what was improperly completed. The price also went up between the original cost I was told and the cost when I asked for more detail.Based on reviews on other sites, there is no way I would trust these people with my credit card number, either.I called them because they had an $89 special on HVAC repairs. They more than made up for that with what they charged for the rest.STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!! (Hide)
