I also had the AHS warranty, which is the reason we had to use Tri's. They replaced my inside unit in December and cut the line too short to the air handler which made the freon leak. Of course it took some time for me to notice we were having problems considering that was in December and I didn't use the air in the winter! Well I called in April and of course my "warranty on the labor" was up and said they would charge me full price to fix it even though it was their problem to begin with! So I had to pay over $300 for someone to come fix the line and recharge the a/c system! Do not use this company!!!!!

I had AHS (I have since switched Home Warranty companies) and they would assign Tri's A/C to my A/C Claims. Alexandria is TWO HOURS away from Lake Charles! You'd think they would come out and do a decent job, but NOPE! Instead, a tech would come out and mess around up in our attic where the air conditioner is. He'd do something to just make it start working again. It froze the A/C system once and I had to call again and then he acted like it was my fault when I don't even know anything other than turning the A/C on and off and changing the filter. He also didn't know how to access one part of the A/C without going and taking a huge panel off the side of my house (but, later, I found another company knew EXACTLY how to find that place!)

Terrible experience with these people. Supposed to be at house between 2 and 6 PM yesterday. I cancelled a business trip to Minden to be here. They did not show. The technician called my wife the next morning and advised he would be here sometime today. He arrived approximately 1:30 today. He did not give me a reason for not being here yesterday except he was busy. I would think he would have called to advise he could not make it. I ran him off after telling him that I would get someone else to do the repair. I will not use this company in the future.

I must be the odd one because I've read the reviews and I have never experienced anything like what I read. We have AHC and Tri's A/C has been to the house several times as we have 2 separate units. Last year we had to have a unit replaced and I have no complaints. My only issue I've had is a condensation leak that I ended up having to have another company come and find. All in all I can't really complain. The receptionist has always been nice when I phone the office. I've always gotten a call from the tech before arrival. As a matter of fact I just received a call and had to tell him I wasn't home and needed to reschedule for tomorrow. No problem.

I don't even give them a star, but since I have to put something, THAT'S A NEGATIVE 5 STARS. They refused to come out and even check on my air. After reading the reviews I'm glad they didn't. Apparently this company was the vendor for AHS.

AWFUL!!! This business was also assigned to us from our home warranty company and it's been a miserable experience. They claimed the technician would call on his way to our house and he never did. When we called to inquire what happened, they claimed we missed our appointment and would have to be rescheduled... then never called us back. When we called to inquire about our new appointment, they were closed... on a Wednesday. When we tried them the next day, they wouldn't reschedule us until the following week!!! I'm sure they're busy, but waiting a week and a half for service in the dead of summer in Louisiana is unbearable. If we've had this many problems getting them to our house, I can only imagine the problems with their service. We are canceling our appointment with them and taking our business elsewhere. I'd rather pay out of pocket than to give a company with zero customer service or competancy our business.

Sent out from AHS. 3 visits later the issue is STILL not fixed and it's worse. Now I am going to have to spent loads of extra money to have my floors replaced and mold cleaned because THEY WON'T OR CAN'T DO WHAT THEY ARE PAID TO DO. I have 2 1/2 months to get this fixed and cleaned until I have to bring a newborn into the house. They are getting paid to DO NOTHING and are costing me even MORE MONEY.

Technician was scheduled for 8 - 12, arrived at 4:30 to say they can't install because it just started raining. Asked could they come tomorrow, they don't know because their schedule is made a week in advance. Office is closed until Monday.

Horrible service. I had to use them because of my homeowners insurance. They lied about what needed to be done. Never finished the job and I had to pay out of pocket because insurance wouldn't pay. BEWARE, THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! YOU HAVE BETTER LUCK DOING IT YOURSELF FROM YOU TUBE!!!!

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY" Charged twice.....

The techs were great but the reception/billing section were incompetent. I was charged a second time in September for work that was done and paid for in August. When I called and ask why, they said I never paid. Once I told them I had bank statements saying otherwise they quickly backtracked. The other explanation I got was that my recite was not attached to the work order. That just set me off! They are idiots......

I didn't have a problem w/ the technicians per se but the receptionist who answers the phone was rude and short w/ me. I don't appreciate being greeted on the phone with "hold please" and w/ out being able to give a response. And I'm also pretty sure I was lied to when I asked to speak w/ the manager and was told they were out for the day...find another a/c company.

If you want your A/C fixed call ANYONE else. All they do is string you along with problem after problem while charging the home warrenty company for each visit.

Had the worst service ever! Don't even think about calling them. Dispatcher was rude, disagreeable, lied and extremely uncooperative. It took this company two weeks and 6 days to fix our air conditioner. The repair man had fautly equiptment, the errors were inexcusable.
