I don't even know where to start? This business and these people customer service all around everything is amazing from the minute you call to the minute you leave I can't even explain how honest and stand up trustworthy Tim is I had a situation with a vehicle that was impounded by Credit Acceptance who I had it financed through had I known how could this company would be? I'm three payments away from paying it off just got it out of being repossessed for the second time I had to pay close to $2,000 each time to get it out a week later they're trying to repossess it again because I was one day late on the payment arrangement and I made a $200 payment instead of a $270 payment so they were going to repossess it over $70 this time? I won't go into details but just say that Tim didn't let that happen he called me immediately and make sure to see what was going on I owe everything to this car repair place the transmission gave out and doesn't run the vehicle so Tim is rebuilding the transmission and he's working with me and for that you don't see that very often anymore not these days people are so crooked always trying to screw you over for a couple blocks let's just say I trust this place and we'll be coming back again for any vehicle repair I'll ever need again. Oh did I mention that day that we took my vehicle and he got my boyfriend's vehicle up and running? His belt broke and as stubborn as my boyfriend is this is the only person to Mom talk to you about that stood up to him and told him he needs to get whatever he had to get done in order for this not to happen again and he told him the belt he had bought was the cheap version. I had just finished trying to tell my boyfriend that and he blew me off but Tim talking to him and explaining it from his mouth made it even more important! He got us out of there fixed up my car is still there being repaired but I trust him fully and don't worry about anything with my vehicle there I know it's in good hands so if you guy

Ive owned many cars and have had many mechanical experiences but

none like today. The customer service began yesterday as soon as they

answered the phone. Great customer service and professionalism. Long

story short i was given previous quotes with multiple places that ended

up being 5 times less then the others! To top it off, when i paid they

had good news, that the original quote given was $120 less than i

expected to pay ! i found a great place to take my cars now and trust

their expertise and highly recommend them.

I recently took in my truck to Fast Lane Automotive and told them that the exhaust manifold was cracked (this is what a different shop had said was wrong) and I wanted it replaced. 30mins later they called me back and said the problem was actually just a small tube that had rusted out and the whole repair would be less than half of the original estimate. They could have easily done what I asked and made more money but instead they went out of their way to save me a lot of cash.
