We had to call the Police on Apria Driver 3-11-2019! Update 8/1/2019 My Care Coordinator called told me Apria Left Message on her Voicemail that I recorded the last visit by Apria Driver picking up Eqipment and they are turning that over to Legal Dept! Last Ditch Effort to Intimidate ME or My Care Coorinator and Insurace or both?! What is going on that is wrong they do not want recorded in patients Homes by Apria Drivers? BEWARE OF APRIA!!!
Update 6/4/2019- BEWARE OF APRIA – Apria had hand delivered to me 6-4-2019 False Accusations in letter of refusal to inspect & service Equipment = When Apria never shows up to do so, how is this refusal by me; ACCUSES me of Non-Compliance with Prescribed Therapy = I do exactly as my Doctor Ordered BUT I guess I am supposed to follow Apria Orders when they have no license to Diagnose NOR License to Prescribe; AND Outright statement in this letter is “ALTHOUGH WE HAVE DISCUSSED THIS WITH YOU AND YOUR PHYSICIAN IN ATTEMPT TO RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM, WE HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO DO SO” = IN THE PAST TWO MONTHS NO DISCUSSION FROM APRIA AND APRIA IS NO SHOW FOR ANY INSPECTION/SERVICE OF EQUIPMENT. This is Apria Retaliation because Apria Driver Forced us to call Police on that Apria Driver 3/11/2019. BEWARE OF APRIA
Update 5-21-2019, No One is SAFE with Apria Drivers! We had to call Police and file report on Apria Driver, Apria has no Integrity, no Honor, does not keep its word at all. We sent information requested by Apria in their Response 11 days ago, Since then no response at all from Apria.
FIND A REPUTABLE DME PROVIDER AND RUN FROM THIS ONE!

Do NOT use Apria Healthcare. Only people you talk to are from call centers overseas with thick accents who do not understand English very well. They are rude and incompetent. More expensive than other places. Head my warning, go somewhere else.

I would not recommend Apria to my gasping dog! Poor billing department, poor travel department and ignorant customer reps!

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They received my prescription for a CPAC machine on 31 Mar 2015 and I was told I would receive a phone call from 2-9days, which never happened. I waited 15 days and called again (to get someone from a call center named Carl) and was told a supervisor would contact me within 24hrs. This also didn't happen, so I called back (to get someone from a call center named Lisa, was put on hold then dropped) finally some other escalation manager called me. She said they had to contact the physician for more information. Totally unacceptable, hell I could stop breathing in my sleep while waiting for this company to provide the medical equipment needed.

I wish I could give no stars. After having a c-section I am unable to drive and was told that they would have someone deliver my equipment it has been 3 weeks since then and after being on hold for over an hour someone finally answered just to tell me that they do not deliver I have to pick it up. Okay if you are unable to deliver why say you can or will! I am still not supposed to drive yet and my husband has returned to work so this makes it very difficult to get it. They seem to have no regard for the people who order from them.

Would've given no stars but it wouldn't let me. I have never been made to feel so unimportant in all my life. They refuse to deliver my equipment after it was already specified for delivery then kept me on hold forever without ever answering a phone call.

Waiting 8 days for my order. I called last week and they promised it for next day. Another week gone by and no order. Today called. Order is ready to be delivered. Correct address. Been sitting their for a week. Just no delivery. Next time I'll definitely change companies! I wanted to give them a zero but it won't let me. Consider my rating as BELOW ZERO!
