Do not bother to call this office. They do not return calls or address referrals. I have been waiting for a call for a new appointment since August 20...... it is now Sept 18 and I still have not received a call. My primary sent this referral out on 8/20 with good intentions and I have left several messages and I am still waiting!

The reviews here are very correct. Dr Cole is a very good Dr and I would do anything to try to keep him as a Dr. The staff destroys people and puts their own little notes in patients files and denies patient access to the Dr. Dr. Cole is an excellent Dr. and I wish him well.

Dr. Cole is a fabulous physician however his office staff is something to be questioned. Most patients see the doctor every other month however on the months you dont see him you need to contact the office staff to pick up prescriptions even when you call within the required time frame you still end up waiting for your medication which at times causes withdrawals depending on the medication you are taking. When taking narcotics you should have your medication at least 5 days prior to your refill date in case the pharmacy needs to order your medication for you. this is unacceptable and Judy has a very nonchalant attitude about it when you contact her regarding this type of a situation

Dr Cole is the most compassionate Physician I have ever visited. His STAFF are absolutely the most UNPROFESSIONAL persons I have also ever met. These two women should never be in a physicians office. I have on 6 occasions heard them both on the phone screaming, yelling and almost verbally abusive to patients. This is a small office and there is not much privacy. The two women are quite rude to many patients making them stand at the door as they appear to act as they are busy. Iam not comfortable with these two women but continue on with Dr, Cole because I trust him. Part of me cannot understand why he keeps these women. It is very difficult to get through to the office because they NEVER answer the phone! So if you have an emergency forget about it you will suffer. If you need the doctor, it is these two women who determine IF they tell him. Neither is a professional such as a nurse. I was so shocked hearingJulie and the other scream at patients on the phone. Dr should fire them both,
