We had a new kitchen installed, and gave our young appliances away. We went to Marcella's back in September of 2020, and placed a large appliance order. Every month they kept saying next month maybe, then in November, they said maybe next April, well that didn't work for me. After seeing the Green's commercial, we decided to go there, and see if they had what we wanted in Black Stainless. We met with Michael, the salesman for Green's. He was terrific, he had already pulled some appliances he thought we would like. We chose everything, and Maddie ( Who is terrific ) wrote the order up, and yes, we purchased the extended service plan. Well I happened to say this was a little more then Marcella's, but my husb and said " We're getting things", so I said ok, are you sure, well Maddie said " We're giving you things" that was so funny, yes, we're getting things, when we went since September without any appliances but our Samsung refrigerator. Green delivered our appliances just after Thanksgiving, and promised our microwave around the 18th of December. The deliver men are superb! And they just recently installed our microwave. We are so happy we went to Green's. They will be our only store now. Thank you Maddie...

I had a new washer delivered and installed today. They arrive within the window of time that was scheduled. Q and Charles were very professional installers and even helped clean the leak from the old washer. They were great!

I have been buying appliances from the Green Family for many years. At this store and previous location on lower Central...I just replaced a dishwasher I purchased there 15 years ago. I received the same excellent customer service experience I have come to expect form Green's, from the purchase to the delivery and installation.Thank God there is still a family run business choice over the big box stores. Before you buy at the Big box stores, consider, their haul away and delivery process. In order to get the "haul away" you have to have the appliance disconnected????? With Green's all I had to do was learn how to use it. The delivery person even cleaned the area thoroughly when he removed the old washer and the price was the same. Do yourself a favor, avoid the hassles and try Green's.

Recent letters given to Greens, which read: Thank you Letter 3/12/11 Maddy I can't thank you enough! You made a washer and dryer appear at my house in 2 days (Where others couldn't in 3 Months!) You cannot get the knowledge and personal service of Green's at a big box store. It is run by a family that understands customer service and integrity. I have bought many appliances over the years from Green's and I will continue to only buy from them. Have a problem? Try getting help at a big box store. Not me.
