It's difficult to find an auto repair shop that can be trusted to treat you fairly. My son's truck broke down on the side of the interstate and needed towing. I live 2 1/2 hours from Akron so I was unable to help him. The truck was originally towed to the dealership. When I was given their estimate for repairs, I was left with sticker shock. I Googled auto repair shops in the area. S&H was the top result. I called and explained the situation we were in. With their help, I made arrangements to have the truck towed to their shop. After everything was all said and done, I couldn't be happier with the result and the work they were able to accomplish in two days. They not only repaired my son's truck and made it drivable but they were able to do it at a substantial savings, $1,000 less than the dealership. I told my son that anytime he needs work done on his truck, he should take it back to S&H. They have certainly earned my trust and can consider me a return customer if I ever need work done again.I highly recommend them to anybody that is in need of repairs to their vehicles!!
