We are in the building behind this location. We are a school. They use the "alarm" on the cars to locate which car needs service. This makes the horn blare until they find the car. We asked them if they could stop this practice for 3 days during State testing. Management said 'of course' however apparently did not pass this along to the service department. HOW RUDE!

WORST SERVICE CENTER EVER!!! Set an appointment to bring it in for a water pump. Was told 2 hours and that they would make sure to have the part there by the service manager. Arrived and spoke to another service manager, was told it would be 3-4 hours. After an hour and a half waiting, was told they didn't have the part in stock and it would take 2 hours to get the part there. No calls through out the whole day. Called in multiple times and finally after 8 total hours in the shop it was FINALLY ready to be picked up. Oh and then I found out there was a charge when I was never quoted anything until they told me it was done. LIES, lack of follow through, incorrect time estimates, rude managers, etc. make this the worst service center. I bought my car from them and I have been treated this way on multiple times, but this was by far the worst. I would never buy anything from them or do any service with them ever again- they are liars and thieves!!!
