Do not have Jim and bob's Serb pick up your car or work on your car. That will Robb you blind. Thay have a driver named Shannon that steels out of your car. There was a police in pound and he took a dragon sno glob out of it . There was a bother car he took a radio out of that one. He worked on towing at Darien lake and took weed out of a truck he had to move. Then the shop frank don't have a drivers license and he drives your car on test drives. Then ken wich don't have a diverse license ether frank Shannon all go out in back and smoke weed every day. The owner deb mows every thing and she is ok with it all. I think there is drug running in side of the hole place and that's wear she gets her money from eany cash sale do no get reported to irs so stay clear of the hole place

The help in the shop are friendly and quickly to get the work dun frank and roger are great guys.

Refused to follow directions of car owner and Car Manufacter's Roadside Service to tow car to dealership. Instead they towed the car to their own shop and thereby delayed the warantee repairs on my vehicle for a day, even though they stated they would follow directions.
