(More) David Fillmore was pleasant and helpful, low key.The whole process went smoothly, negotiation over price was fair enough,nothing felt "high pressure". I was somewhat reluctantly trading in my much loved 10 year old Surburan and was having some "separation anxiety" and dread over having to find a new car. In the end, I would have to say I'm very pleased with both my car (another Suburban) and the experience. Thanks Dave! (Hide)

Not recommended for service. Went for sticker, but could not get it because mechanic shorted out my battery while... (More) Not recommended for service. Went for sticker, but could not get it because mechanic shorted out my battery while changing a backup light bulb (for which I was charged 28.00). Mechanics also misplaced my registration, and it took 20 minutes to locate it. Also discovered next day that (1) mechanic also forgot to return my wheel lock nut to the car, and (2) my left driver window mechanism was somehow broken the next day (coincidence?). (Hide)
