I went to Celebrations today for a haircut. A new stylist cut my hair and did not do a decent job. Her hands shook... (More) I went to Celebrations today for a haircut. A new stylist cut my hair and did not do a decent job. Her hands shook the entire time she cut my hair. I felt bad that she was nervous, but this is my hair she chopped off. She cut off MUCH more than what we discussed. My hair was uneven and she had to recut my hair four different times. She told me it just looked uneven because she "texturized it". These additional "trimmings" resulted in even shorter hair. I went to another salon to have them fix it, and they cut an entire inch off of one side to even it out. They showed me the hair that had to come off. The manager at Celebrations was no help. She knew there was a problem and didn't even investigate. A haircut should not take an hour and a half. (Hide)
