I highly recommend John Newlove Real Estate! I am currently living in one of their apartments and it is my fifth time renting from John Newlove. I have had many roommates come and go but I've always rented from them. I've had summer leases, school year leases, and year long leases. I have also rented one bedroom and two bedroom apartments here. I have found them all very affordable and in excellent condition! The staff in the office has always been very helpful and considerate when I had a problem or even just stopped in to pay rent. I would recommend John Newlove Real Estate to anyone looking for a house, or apartment in Bowling Green.

I would recommend John Newlove Real Estate when looking for rental properties. I started in an studio apartment, moved to a 2 bedroom with a roommate and now I will be renting a house with a couple of friends. They have good service and very affordable prices. I wouldn't think of renting any where else.

I found the John Newlove rental staff very friendly and with a great knowledge of their properties. I found a one bedroom apartment at a affordable price and it was pet friendly. The apartment was very clean and in move in condition.

This place was a nightmare. I lived in a Newlove apt while attending BG and everything about this company was awful. To begin, they were supposed to clean the apt, but when I moved in the place was absolutely filthy, the stove was filthy. the frig. had salad dressing and other food stains inside. I called but was told their cleaning crew was behind and would contact me within 2 weeks. Needless to say I had to clean it. My sliding door was also broken and they never fixed it the entire 9 months of my lease. They will come into your apt at anytime, without regard for your schedule. The properties they own are run down, poorly maintained and rented to anyone who can pay the deposit (which you will not get back). Be aware they will REQUIRE you to sign a new lease 6 months before the expiration of current lease. If you do not, they will show it to future renters. By the time I moved they were showing my apartment to 8-10 people a week. If you rent from Newlove you will certainly regret it.

John Newlove apartments are OK for the cheap prices. The furnished apartments are old, ugly, and outdated. The furniture looks like it's been in the apartments from the 80s. I was fortunate enough to have an unfurnished apartment, but I had major spider problems. I had to kill about 5 spiders a day and they came and sprayed and set traps but told me it I'd get spiders because the area used to be a swamp (definitely didn't mention that when I signed the lease). These apartments are the most affordable in BG, just some of them are very outdated.
