UPS, for whatever reason, refuses to deliver to my address in Warren County, KY, so they always claim my address is incomplete or incorrect when it is NOT. This has happened repeatedly, so before, I always just had it rerouted to someone else's house. By I decided to address the issue this time and contacted UPS customer service. A customer service rep claimed to fix the problem and sent the package back out to be delivered. But instead of delivering the package, the tracking, once again, falsely claimed that the address was incomplete or correct. Other shipping companies, including FedEx and the US Postal Service have no problem whatsoever delivering to my address, but unfortunately, I can't control what shipping company others use when I shop online, etc. I wish a 0 star rating was an option, since UPS ships 0 packages to my home.

As a customer I would like to know WHY my packages are left just where ever your driver can find somewhere to lay it. I received a pkg yesterday 7-19-17. According to my Outlook Account it was deliever at 4:05 PM I was home at that time and never acknowledge that a pkg was left until this morning going out to leave for work and it was laying on the steps as I when out the door.Seems to me that if someone is home they should let them know that they are delivering a pkg or ect.... What's up with these guys????? Not wanting to do their job. I know the heat is terrible for I too have worked outside in this in the past, but I was expected to do my job regardless. This is not the first time they have done this. I rather my stuff just come thru regular mail than to get out and look for what I've ordered, I know the Company that I've ordered from has paid a dear price for delivery so why not do you job............Don't care to give you my address neither 2380 Vernon Rd., Hestand, KY 42151 and second of all we have a DOGGIE DOOR big enough for a human to crawl through so why not put it through it instead of somewhere else. At least I would know when I'm getting my pkgs.RANT is now over. Thanks for you patience and kindness while reading this.
