We gave the Boundbrook office a set of plans to provide us with a cost estimate. They knew our deadline and agreed to have our cost estimate completed within a week. Two(2) days later, Ian (principal) called and advised us that they were too busy to do the job. They caused us to miss a deadline. I would never use/reccommend them again!!
