It was great working with Jeff. He knows every piano, knows how to tune them and actually restore them. Jeff knew exactly what to use and how to use it to restore the finish on my piano and make it look like brand new.

I have used tuners in the past that do not know how to clean or adjust my piano, and I am very impressed with Mr. Potters abilities in every area!

I trust his experience to buy a great piano, AND he even offers them for Rent! What a great thing for a parent who is not sure about making a commitment to a piano purchase and still having the piano for your child to learn a skill that will last a lifetime!
