Amy, I'd just like to say one more thing... A heart-felt 'thank you' to you and the Todd Reed staff. I have spoken or e-mailed to several different persons in the company in the past. I had the pleasure of speaking to Todd the very first time I called...as he happened to be by the phone. I think I got very flustered, not expecting the privilege, but Todd was very soft spoken and made the conversation easy. My orders have been very small compared to what is offered by the company. Yet, my experience in ordering has been big and memorable and a pleasure! I've been treated with nothing but professionalism, kindness, a positive approach, and a willingness to do what is needed to be helpful. There is something special about the natural organic beauty of Todd's work. Going into the design studio gave me a feeling like I was a part of the designer's experience. The jewelery is hand fabricated in an adjoining studio. You can literally see your piece being made. It really gives my Todd Reed jewelry special meaning. I really felt like an individual wearing something that was so unique. From the moment I walked into the studio I felt comfortable. The jewelry was complimented by a waterfall, lush green plants and pleasant upbeat music playing. I can't wait to see what Todd is going to come up with next!!!!
