      I recently went to Air Care Colorado in Boulder to have my emissions test done. Unfortunately, they do NOT take credit cards. You learn this upon entering. I had to turn around and go find an ATM machine and come back, only to be told I was in the "wrong" lane. The sign for all wheel drive vehicles is located all the way up at the entrance of the garage. I then had to change lanes and get behind 6 cars. Any business of this size that is a REQUIRED place to go in order to get your car tags renewed should join the 21st century and accept credit cards, or at least have an ATM machine on site. What an archaic, poor customer service practice. The county should print on the renewal cards they send out in LARGE letters, (not small), "CALL BEFORE YOU GO FOR RIDICULOUS INSTRUCTIONS!" The service technicians here, however were very friendly and courteous and they did get my car through as quickly as possible.
