Sunset Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, located in Boonville, N.Y., is a 120-bed skilled nursing facility. The facility provides 24-hour residential health services for persons who are no longer in an acute phase of illness but who continue to require frequent medical nursing observation, care and rehabilitative services. It helps chronically ill or disabled residents to continue their living experience adapted to their individual health status and personal preferences. The center also encourages functional ability in a number of areas, such as physical, emotional, mental and social. It offers intravenous therapy, respiratory therapy, wound care, postsurgical care, pain management and tracheotomy care.
