Don't go here to get your hair cut. I went in for a trim because a friend and I were having a "pamper day". we got our nails done, and a massage at the nail place a few doors up and I ran down for a trim and style. No one spoke when I came in and I saw they all had customers when I came in. I sat down to wait and another customer came in. The woman, ROSIE, came up and finished out her customer and took the guy who came in after me back, when I said something to her that I was next she said I should learn to sign in and proceeded to take him back anyway. NASTY OLD WOMAN.

I would say if you are planning on going to this smartcuts that you shouldnt. Yesterday I had beautiful long hair, now I dont because she put.choppy layers in it. As she was so called trimming it she said she was putting an undercut in it. I only asked for a trim. I.AM TRULY TRAMATIZED.I should have known better. Do not go here ever.trust me. They wont listen.

Worst haircut I have ever had. The hairstylist was very nice but did not listen to what I wanted at all. I was prepared to direct her with pictures and all and she didn't even look at the pictures. I will never go back and I do not recommend this salon to women, men, or children.
