I had the best experience shopping for my wedding dress at dadu bridal. They got all the elegant quality wedding dresses you can choose from. Plus the stuff are really friendly. I feel welcomed and that totally help me prepare on my wedding day. Thank you dadu bridal shop.

I bought my wedding dress at Dadu Bridal and took it in for alterations a month 1/2 in advance. My wedding was on October 14th and dropped off the end of August. I was informed that my dress would be done October 6th. I called on September 30th to check and see the progress of my dress. Well after 15 minutes passed they finally found my dress. The dress had not even been started yet but the lady reassured me that the dress would be done by the 6th. The 6th comes and I call just to make sure. Guess What?? My dress had not even been started and they say they lost all measurements. I go in on the 7th and have them remeasure the dress and am told that they would finish the dress that day as promised, telling me over & over again NO BIG DEAL. When measurements are done they tell me the seamstress wont be able to finish the dress till the next day. This being only days within my wedding, i just say okay, I'll be back tomorrow. I go back the next day and when my dress is pulled out of the bag it is wrinkled, stained, and also has purple pen marks and it from the seamstress. There are loose strings hanging off the back. I try on the dress thinking it can just be cleaned. I get the dress on and it's nothing what we talked about and all the measurements are off. I am now upset and want to cry and cannot get the dress off because I was told there would be clasps but of course were not. I told the girl I couldnt get the dress. The guy at the front comes over and asks what wrong? I tell him I can't get the dress off. He then laughs in my face and says "if you put it on you can get it off". I then try again and still cannot. I then ask the girl if she can use a seam remover and release a side so I can get out. She comes back in with a razor blade and cuts me out of it.
I then have to take my dress to another seamstress 4 days before my wedding where she looks at the dress and informs me that Dadu Bridal sold me a used dress (was not advised of this) and that they butchered it.

I'm in love, I should have gone there first rather than 7th and I would have saved myself so much time and soreness of feet! The staff helped me pick out the perfect dress to flatter my figure and then order it i the color I need for the wedding I'm attending this weekend. I placed the order Sunday afternoon, and my dress was here Wednesday morning. It is gorgeous and fits like a dream. And it was so reasonably priced, I can hardly believe it after all my trips to the other stores. Overall it was a great experience, and I will definitely give them my future business any time I need a gorgeous dress.

Got my homecoming dress here! My favorite store in the whole mall. Love how they made me feel special and helped me pick out a dress according to my body shape. I felt so pretty when I wore the dress I cried and they hugged me. Ill never forget this experience. Love Love LOVE!

My wife wanted me to go with her to pick out her wedding dress. We had heard about this store from friends. Going in we didnt know what to expect based on the reviews we read on here. When we went in they gave their full attention to me and my wife even though they were busy. They helped us both find what we needed. The prices are so affordable and the dresses are beautiful. The tux was a perfect fit and I just loved to see how pampered my wife was getting from the ladies working here. They did an amazing job. I later asked one of the managers why their reviews were so bad from before. She told me that they had new management and so everything is different now and hoped people would give this place a try to truly have a good shopping experience. I promised I was going to go on every site to write how great my experience was because they truly deserve a lot more attention.

Do not go off the old reviews on this site. They now have new management and i've never had a better customer service experience in my life. The girls here are so helpful. They took their time in understanding what I was looking for in a wedding dress and helped me find my dream dress! I am very picky so I spent a good 2 hours in the store confused to what I liked and didnt like. The girl working there really helped me calm down from being bridezilla and was patient with me the whole time. The store has a lot of selection and I've heard a lot of great things about ordering dresses from here and how fast they get them in. I was not worried at all about that. After i received my dress I needed some alterations done to it such as heming and adding straps. They only took 2 days to get it ready for me. The alterations looked so neat and were done perfectly. I ended up also ordering my bridesmaids dresses from here. The same girl had helped me and they gave me a great discount for placing such a big order. This store has really made this shopping experience great for me. I will be telling all my girls who are getting married soon to come here.

I was informed that all alterations were free when I originally bought my prom dress for this year. However, today, I went in and asked to have it altered very, VERY slightly, and was charged $15.90. If you could explain why, that would be absolutely wonderful.

I do love the dress, and it was a fair price, but I'm not sure that the people working here are very good at doing business.

I am a current employee here, and I would like to say that despite negative ratings Dadu Bridal is still a great store for anyone looking for a beautiful dress for a high school dance or a bride perusing for her dream dress. The dresses are a little higher than what you would find online, but you can usually bargain with the manager. All alterations are free, and the associates are very helpful with helping you find the right style. Any dress can be ordered in another color, size, etc, and it will be in the store within 4 working days. I've had many friends buy their prom and homecoming dresses here and they've always been beautiful.

Let me begin by saying before I bought my dress here I read reviews and didn't listen, this guy at dadu will treat you like a queen when you first go in and promise you, you can get anything you want done with your dress. You make your payments and he is so nice UNTIL your dress is paid and then he is a jerk. I tried to get my dress fixed 5 different times after they kept messing up the alterations. His seamstress doesn't know how to do things stuff is half done there is extra thread hanging everywhere, the sash is sewn on uneven and bunched up. The skirt is not even sewn together all the way. And he will also lie and say he fired his seamstress and there is a better one now that's a lie he had two one of witch is his wife and they don't know what there doing abd it's the same ones he didn't get a new one. Do not go here he is very rude and you will be living a nightmare, I now have a 500 dollar wedding dress I can't even wear. Listen to the reviews I am filling a lawsuit on him!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...

My daughter had a very similar experience to the other low rating on here. Her wedding was scheduled for June 8th of 2013. I went with her to Dadu in the Boise Mall in October of 2012 and after trying on a few dresses she found the one she wanted. She requested only one change and that was to make the sash a light pink rather than white to fit her wedding color theme. The man who is always there sitting behind the counter seemed very untrustworthy from the beginning although he was acting extra nice to make sure she bought the dress from him. He told her that the dress would be done in December of 2013 with the changes she requested and that they would call her. December passed and they never called. In January of 2014 my daughter called them and they didn't have her dress. We had to go back in and start all over! She had paid for the dress in full in October when she originally picked it out otherwise she would've gone somewhere else at that time. Again the man said it would be ready in a couple of months but we noticed that he didn't even ask for my daughter's name, phone number or the color she wanted the sash changed to. I asked him, "don't you need her information since you lost it the first time?" He handed her a little post-it note and she wrote her info down. By the time we left the store the note with her info on it was still sitting on his counter untouched by him and ready to fall off onto the floor from getting things laid on top of it. So May comes...we gave them PLENTY of time to fix their mistake and get the dress in, but when we showed up there to ask why they hadn't called they AGAIN could not find her dress. After the girl who was helping us searched everywhere and was being bossed around by the man he quietly told her something that we couldn't hear. She went into a room in the back and brought out a different dress of a different size and the man tried to say it was the one my daughter ordered. They never took her measurements either...they just guessed at what size they thought she wore. Of course since it was not the dress my daughter had asked them to put the pink sash on it was still white...they had 8 months to put a pink sash on this dress and they still couldn't get it right. So we had to leave again and needless to say 2 weeks before her wedding date we went back in (no call from DADU) and the pink sash had been put on but it was not the same dress size that my daughter had ordered. She was a medium (according to Dadu) and they tried to give her an extra small dress. It wouldn't even fit! By this time we were very upset as her wedding was coming up soon. The man said to leave it and they would "fix it" . We said NO WAY...they had 8 months to get it right and they couldn't so we were pretty sure they couldn't get anything done in 2 weeks! The man refused to give my daughter a refund and she didn't have time to get the dressed fixed by anyone so she ended up having to buy a completely different dress from somewhere else. She now has this brand new wedding dress from Dadu that is just sitting around never worn. Total scammers, total waste of time and money. The dress is pretty but not pretty enough for all the hassle, TERRIBLE customer service...this man will NOT work with you if he messes up and he will not refund your money so be VERY careful. If you are just stopping by to pick up a prom dress and you don't need anything done to it I'm sure this place is fine for that. Just beware if you are buying a wedding dress from him. If I could I would rate this place with less than 1 star!

I purchased an amazing dress from this store month and was really impressed with everything from the product to the customer service.The dress looks great and the shopping experience was good. Most of my friends plan to order from them as well.

Never go there. It is HORRIBLE. Couple years ago my sister was looking for a gown for her wedding, the man got mad because she was taking her time in looking around. Then July, 2012 First my sister ordered a dress and they never took her measurements because you could clearly see she is an extra small, that is what the man said. When I went to pick it up, it was a different dress and size Medium. When I saw that, I told them that it was too huge and they said that those were her measurements. I as well complained it was a different dress. He said he had changed it because he didnt like the other one. I responded that they never got her measurements and even in the paper it said XS, and that if we liked it that is what mattered. I asked when it would be ready because of their mistake I had to drive there again. He got really mad and said "do you want me to answer your question". I said of course I want an answer, I need the dress soon for my sister. I paid the dress and he threw my card at me and the receipt. Next day I went to pick it up and hes like here is the dress, are you happy now? because you were so mad. I tried to stay calm and not say anything this time because it is not worth arguing with that man. NEVER BUY FROM THERE!!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
