Very pleasant! All service people I spoke with were friendly, knowledgeable and assured me that my stay here would not be too long. My car needed an oil change and filter. I was happy to learn that I got the tires rotated free of charge............ and also would leave the premises with a car wash! While I was browsing in the gift shop and taking care of e-mails in the waiting room, I enjoyed one of the good cappucinos available at the snack counter. That's a nice plus, too.

Waiting for service is a much more enjoyable experience with tv, popcorn, and a little shop to wander around in! :)
