I didn't feel Dr. Walls cared about me or my feelings at ALL! His staff was cold and unfriendly. He hurt my feelings so bad I cried all the way home...That was over a YEAR AGO and my hearing condition has gotten so much worse because he mad me feel so bad that I'm afraid to seek help elsewhere but I'm going to have to because now I've lost 90% of my hearing in my left ear. I don't recommend him to anyone! I've gone to him in the past , many years ago, when he was new in this profession and he was absolutely the most wonderful Dr. with an awesome bedside manner. Guess he Doesn't Really NEED TO BE COMPASSIONATE ANYMORE!!!! Highly Disappointed.
