      I received an order of milk that had gone bad due to damage in shipping. I let the owner know and he insisted on replacing my order free of charge. Such a great company with an amazing owner who wants to make his customers happy.

      What a wonderful gentleman Bill is with his superior company. i get all my raw goat milk for my 3 dogs from this company. It is always delivered rock frozen to then thaw what i need in the fridge. The care and concern for the customers and pups to have the healthiest product is so appreciated. This product is pure... and I would not get my milk from anyone else. Thank you, Bill.

      The goats milk was promptly and carefully packed for shipping. The milk arrived still frozen. Will definitely order from Mounds Valley again.

      Milk is unfrozen by the time I receive it, but I just refreeze and it does well. Price is comparable to where I used to buy it. Absolutely no complaints.
