love everything about this salon! Everyone that I know goes to Jolie!

I don't know why the reviews seem to be so low..must have been before management switched hands a little while back.Up class salon in a nice, quiet suburb. Great colorist Zoe, and great cuts from Andrea & Jessica. Everyone at this salon seems to have wonderful credentials; I've never seen a questionable look leave this salon. Definitely the place to be. Great nail services and facials are great too!Recomended highly

I recently had a day of beauty at Jolie and I have never felt more beautiful or special. They treated me like a VIP from the minute I walked through the door. This is a first class operation.

I was a recent customer of jolie spa and I would like let others about my experience I had.The experience was terrible from the second I stepped foot in thesalon. The receptionist looked miserable and acted in this manner as well. The massage I received was also a bad experience. I was very uncomfortable the entire time. The salon is not very professional and the only reason I tried the salon was due to the fact I had a 50% off coupon mailed to me and with the experience I had it wasn't even worth the discount. I will not be returning to Jolie Spa and plan to tell my friends to not waste their time with your company as well. It is a shame you have such problem/troubled staff as I live close and would have loved to have been a frequent customer, but after my experience my mind has beenchanged.

I have gone to this place twice. The first visit was fine even though the colorist was a little rude. The second visit was 6/2006 to get my hair cut. The stylist chopped my hair too short, I never said I wanted my hair short. When I called to complain the stylist said she didn't remember. I asked for a refund, was put on eternal hold. Conclusion poor service.
