I just took my daughter to her first appointment at Kile & Robinson. It was a very pleasurable experience. Appointment time was accurate and there was almost no wait. The staff was courteous and professional but also very accommodating to my toddler. Our hygienist, Jamie, was pleasant and very good with my little one. She explained every step of the way and my little one was not afraid at all, despite being nervous before going in. Jamie was calm, warm and very cheerful with us. After a thorough cleaning, Dr. Robinson was quick to arrive and gave a very good exam. He also explained as he went so that my daughter was not afraid or uncomfortable with him. The office, waiting area and bathroom are extremely clean. Overall, this was a great place to go and very highly recommended.
