The office has poor filing skills and cost us money. We ended up paying bills that was covered by the insurance company, because the insurance company never received the information within the appropriate time period. The office stated they submitted the claims and the insurance company told us they received no claims. The office then told us that they submitted the claims but have no records of doing so. I will not go there again.
