The staff is ALWAYS so wonderful, kind, patient, and VERY helpful,with answering and providing info.!!! Also incredibly quick and I have high standards lol.
One particular time that I was dropping off a prescription, one of the gals went above and beyond the "call of duty"! Wish I could recall her name, but every employee is outstanding and wouldve done the same for me, I'm sure. Well, the certain med that I was getting had a very well known commercial on television and in it the company(Pfizer?), was offering a free 30-day trial. It was simple, print out the offer and save $400. I didn't have a printer so I couldn't at the time. I had ins. buT the drug was so new it required a preauth. I Asked the gal if she saw the commercial. She was able to get the voucher! Words cannot express..$'s tight. Rarely does the typical, under-appreciated, underpaid, and over worked Cust serv Rep, go the extra mile, and take that extra step. They do all that, with a smile, sensitivity, and a thanks!
