We offer programs for Preschoolers, Kids, Teens, and Adults. Program Descriptions: iDragons (Ages 3 - 5): In our iDragons program preschoolers learn basic social and physical skills with an emphasis on coordination and effective listening in a safe and fun environment. Through interactive games and physical activity preschoolers exercise their mind as well as their body while gaining focus, leanring teamwork, and improving listening skills. With our specially designed achievement recognition system students learn the value of setting goals. iKarate Kids (Ages 6 - 12): Through our comprehensive age appropriate curriculum children will learn all the values the martial arts has to offer. It has been proven that martial arts training, children receive higher grades in school, become more confident, build discipline, gain self esteem, are focused, and demonstrate respect. Our fun, high energy classes combine physical exercise with games, drills, and techniques designed to enhance coordination, memory, physical ability, and teamwork skills. In additoin, important safety topics such as how to dial 911, identify fire and policemen, how to answer the door / phone, and how to deal with strangers is covered. With our goal oriented promotional belt system children learn dedication and perseverance brings rewards. Through this program children will learn life long values that transcends beyond martial arts class to school, home, and into all areas of life. iKarate Adults: Unlock your full potential! No matter what your age or level of fitness, with our adult martial arts program you will be given the tools necessary to enhance your physical ability as wll as mental sharpness. Students learn a blend of Tae Kwon Do, Hapkido, and Okinawa Karate appropriately balanced to provide the most comprehensive martial arts instruction. This program focuses on increasing agility, providing cardiovascular condidtioning, and building strength & endurance with an emphasis on personal growth and individual achievement. Students learn proven self defense techniques, gain confidence, improve coordination, and overall health.
