I hate to pan an entire company based on one experience, but it's all I have. I e-mailed for a quote on a small job & received a VERY low quote, which I questioned at the time. A few days later I e-mailed for more info so I could place a larger order, but never received a reply to that or my next e-mail. 2 months later I decided to try again & phoned the same person. I got the info I needed & called back later with the specs for a larger order. He did not get back with me when he said he would, so a few days later I called again. He called back very impatiently & quoted me a price 60% higher per item than the original quote. During the call he was alternately defensive, dismissive, condescending & rude. He denied the original quote (which I still have in writing), then said maybe he made a mistake...but made it clear that they didn't want to be bothered with our smalltime business at all, because any changes I asked about he rejected. Do any business with them IN WRITING!

Good quality for the price, I can always count on them. The best decision I ever made!
