      It clear that all there love animals, but severely lack ability in talking to people that are trying to find homes for a litter of stray kittens.

      there are better rescue shelters

      I wanted to adopt an inside cat, but they turned me down because I have an outside dog...which doesn't make any sense.

      Established in 1977, Alabama Animal Adoption Society helps strays and unwanted pets find homes. Located in Homewood, Ala., the organization serves and educates the public regarding the problem of pets, overpopulation and the importance of spaying and neutering their pets. It also provides low-cost options for spay and neuter certificates which cover the cost of surgery and an overnight stay at the veterinarian's clinic or hospital. Additionally, Alabama Animal Adoption Society offers humane trap on loan.
