THANKS! Ferebee Enterprises for your help with my Breakdown tow and subsequent repair as I was commuting home on RTE 13. They were prompt to respond to my call to have my vehicle towed to their shop for evaluation. Over the weekend they diagnosed the problem and went above and beyond the normal due diligence of a repair shop. They took the time to investigate a recurring problem I was experiencing and provided me with concise documentation to arm myself with to have the manufacturer repair my vehicle under an extended warranty unknown to me due to prior litigation. These guys are top notch; dependable, honest, responsive, and extremely helpful.

Ferebee towing & Auto repair is an honest shop! They provided courteous service when we broke down on rt 13. My wife and I thought for sure it was a bad transmission.But to our surprise, they did NOT try to sell us a jasper transmission even though they are jasper authorized (or however you say they are in collaboration with jasper). We were ready to fork over the credit card. And it ended up being a FUSE!!! Wow.

John Ferebee and his men deserve my thanks for all their help during our misfortune of breaking down along HW 13 on 09 March 2013 while we were travelling from Florida to Boston to attend a wedding. Our 1996 Plymouth Voyager shredded the timing belt. John went above and beyond his obligation by making numerous phone calls for us to try to get the situation resolved **even though we decided to take the van to the Carlton Massey dealership to get the repairs done** because that's who we are used to using. They got us there quick enough for us o get back on the road by 5:00 that night and made the remainder of the trip in good time. They are friendly, helpful, and understanding. And I even think we should have had them repair the van instead of the dealership. Good folks to work with. Won't hesitate to call them again if I'm in the area.

Ferebee Towing and Auto Repair took great care towing my 1973 L82 Corvette with all matching numbers. It was passed down to my wife when her father died. So needless to say, it is very valuable and sentimental. The great care and caution they showed while transporting her really put me at ease. They used 5 points to harness the car and knew exactly where to hook onto her with out bending any locations on the frame at all. They even used special ramps and a technique to put extremely low cars onto rollbacks. They get all 5 stars from me!
