In all fairness, all these years later the motel has been cleaned up a lot. All hotels , motels in Billings had erupted with bed bugs. Even the 5 star ones. Owners had to gut them and then purchase new beds & everything. The beds are newer and wrapped in anti bug bags that work. They do run a tight ship as far as problem renters. Management watchs cameras and go right out to throw interlopers out. I felt safe if not a bit abused by the owner. Always treated me like l was a scummy homeless person, which only by Gods grace l was not, yet.

I used to be employed here and bedbugs was not an issue that I came across.Most my ex co-workers did their best to keep the place in a clean environment while I will admit that some did slack on their duties. I stayed there myself a few times and saw no reasons to complain except broken doorknobs and few holes in walls of some rooms.Other than those being easy to take care of everything else in my eyes was presentable enough to be a safe and healthy motel.

This place has bed bugs. I had a severe bed bug problem in a house I used to live so I know them when I see them. DON'T STAY HERE.
