I live near the corner of Jackson St and State Av, where this store is located. I have shopped here for several years and have been a regular customer. Re: this dark haired obese girl they hired about a year ago: she threw my cigarette rolling papers on top of a bag of ice I had purchased. I told her not to throw these papers into a moist environment, because the glue activates and ruins all the papers. I made her give me different papers. She was angry, but cooperated with me regarding this purchase. However...tonight, on July 15, she got even with me. I am about to retire from the railroad, and my physician told me I need to get more exercise for the sake of my cardiovascular system, so I started riding my bike for shopping errands rather than driving my car. I walked into the 3 G's tonight like I have a million times, only this time I had on a back pack, (due to the bike riding routine I am doing). I went to the cash machine in the store and pulled $200.00. and then started shopping. This obese girl started literally yelling at me telling me that she "had already told me before that I could not bring the back pack into the store". I told her that this was the FIRST time I had ever brought a back pack into the store, and she screamed that I had "tried this several times". This lie made me mad, (even though I knew she was just trying to embarrass me in front of other customers). I earned $98,000.00 last year working for the railroad, and I do not need to steal potato chips from this store or any store, and I would not be stupid enough to take a risk like that even if I did not have the income I do. But tonight, regardless the fact my son and I have shopped or purchased fuel 5 times per week in this store on average over the last several years, and regardless this girl knew who I am, she attacked me tonight and tried to embarrass me by treating me like a common criminal just because I had a back pack tonight. DO NOT SHOP AT 3 G'S. I KNOW THAT I WON'T, EVER AGAIN. I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE OWNERSHIP OF THIS OUTFIT, BUT THEY ARE TRAINING THEIR EMPLOYEES TO TREAT GOOD REGULAR CUSTOMERS AND GOOD PEOPLE LIKE CRIMINALS. I have to drive a little bit further to go to Gas and Go on Jackson and King, or to Holiday on King and Billings Boulevard, but so help me God I will drive the extra mile....these assholes at 3g's will never get another penny from me. THIS SICK AND ROTTEN 3G's BUSINESS will run so many customers off, that I predict that 2 to 4 years from now, 3G's will be just another failed business.

I was just told to leave your convenience store 3g's at 702 s 27th st, Billings, Mt. 59101. There were two women shouting at me to remove my hood from my head and were very rude and demanding. I walked in with my young daughter and go there about once a week in the mornings to get a snack. I first thought that it was a joke until they became assaulting with their tone. Since when is a dress code enforced to go shopping? I am not a criminal and I refuse to be treated like one. I left the store quickly and called back. This was about 7:30am on 3/1/2017. A woman answered the phone when I called but did not introduce herself. I asked for her name, I asked for her name again. She did not answer so I knew that she knew it was me and she said they did not give their names out. Who does not introduce themselves when they answer the phone at a business? I am disgusted by the way I was talked to and the unprofessionalism. Is this going to be the standard for all of your stores or should I just avoid the store on south 27th? They would not give me their names but now that you have the place and time, you can figure out who the women were that were so rude to me and my kid. I am a regular customer not some thief.
