I was so excited my husband wanted to buy us a large crystal chandelier for our anniversary. We went to lighting emporium...big mistake. We had the desired chandelier quoted the middle of June and had me put down a deposit. They also tlsaid they would call the minute it arrived...no longer than 3 weeks they said it would take. 3 weeks came and went, no call. I couldn't get any help until middle of August when the saleswoman says "why haven't you picked it up?" Well no one called me. So I pick it up the next day. I get it home and open the box...the whole thing is in pieces...213 strands or crystal that they expect you to put together with NO instructions. I called and the saleswoman was so rude! She said, nothing comes assembled, would you like a refund? No, I just want it assembled. She finally agreed to have it assembled. When I dropped it off (my 3rd trip) she said, "you do realize things are shippped in boxes these days, right?" I was livid. I called the manager for some comfort that this type of behavior was not normal practice and he was even more rude!! He said, "just give me the d@#$ credit card number for the return so we don't belabor the issue any longer!" And immediately hung up on me after I gave it to him. Why on earth go to LE to be treated like this, when you can order what you want online, assemble it yourself and not have to deal with them??



I was in shock that ANY store manager would talk to someone that way. Shameful LE!! Shameful!! I've contacted all the contractors I know to stop referring people there.

I went here with my mother spent about an hour and half looking for a new light for her bathroom. The first girl that helped us was very nice. Then we look around some more went to go find help and the OWNER was helping us. When he went to the back to look for a item he started helping someone else and completely quit helping us. Then when we said something to him he straight up insulted us making a derogatory remark and remember. So my advice would be to go down the road to blocks to hearth and home where they have a very nice (CLEAN) store with wonderful customer service.
